Mental Health First Aid
Providing your staff with the tools to support their colleagues' mental wellbeing.
The 6-hour Mental Health First Aid course is designed to provide staff with an understanding of common mental health issues and the resilience to help their colleagues.
Delegates will learn about the responsibilities of the Mental Health First Aider in accordance with HSE guidelines as well as spotting the signs and symptoms of common mental health conditions including workplace stress, depression, and anxiety. This course is accredited by MHFA England.
We can deliver training in your workplace in Berkshire and surrounding areas. Upon completion of training delegates will receive a Level 3 certificate valid for three years and a handy digital booklet to refer to after training.
